If you want to use another phone network, but your phone is single dual locked, you will need a code from your network to unlock your phone if you want to use another network. Additionally, there may be an instance where you have an unlocked phone, have changed your network, but want to keep your old number. There is a code to attain that change also.

The code you seek, depends on what you want to achieve. So which code will you need?

Whether you know the kind of code you need or not, here’s where you can find out how to use it:

Network Unlock Code (NUC)

If you need to unlock my phone for use on another network, you need an (NUC) code. You can get this from your current network supplier.

Porting Authorisation Code (PAC)

If you need to move your current mobile number to a new network provider, you need a (PAC) code. You can get this from your current network supplier.

Other Porting Authorisation Codes (PAC)

If you need PAC code from your network to keep using your number at a another provider. Contact the current provider of the mobile number.

PIN Unlock Code (PUC)

If you need a PUC to unlock a phone or SIM and get back on track. Contact your network provider to get the code.

In the event, you have sourced the correct codes yourself, from an alternative source, you can then get in touch with the network provider you require to conduct the unlocking for you.

In any event, the first thing to do is just contact the customer service team and explain what you need help with. The representative will put you though to the relevant team who will be more than happy to help you with your enquiry.
